Unregistered member

<p> So three years ago I was invited by a consultant from planet fitness to come for a consultation to see if I wanted to join the gym, I politely declined to join the gym cause at the time I could not afford to join the gym. In 2016 I go back with the intention to join the gym and they advise me that I am registered and currently a member and have been a member since 2013 and to my suprise I owe them 11000+ so at moment I ask ho is that even possible because I never signed any contract, never paid any activation fee or have ever been to that gym since then the lady at parklands I planet fitness advises me to call the call center the next day, so I do that they say they need confirmation from the manager at planet fitness before they can clear my name so I call parklands planet fitness again and advise them on what is needed to have my name cleared there manager isn't ****en bothered because am still owing them regardless of the fact that I have spoken to different consultants from parklands planet fitness and the stupid call center everyone is saying they can't do anything so can you please ****en advise on whose suppose to fix this **** of a mess that was done by you </p> <p> </p>
