Unreasonable and overpriced with a bad member experience

In South Africa inflation is around 3 percent. Planet Fitness increase premiums by 10% per annum which is in effect 300% of inflation. It is completely unreasonable and when I questioned it they simply stick to their line than they increase by the higher of RSA CPI and 10%. The argument is not whether they may contractually do so it is whether this is fair and reasonable. It is not. This company also charges one a 13th deduction annually for equipment but the equipment is below par. The client service has been pathetic and I strongly advise people to not join this gym. The company needs to take a look at its practices.
