UNQUALIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS HARMING PATRONS

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I am currently a member of the Planet Fitness Just Gym in Pietermaritzburg and have been looking to hire a personal trainer. I was approached by a young staff member by the name of Siyanda who said that he would be willing to assist me. I had done a few sessions with him when I came down with ********** back pain. I consulted a physio who said I had experienced trauma to my spine. I am now on medication for inflammation and swelling. My physio said that it could be as a result of training. Upon chatting with other patrons at the gym who know Siyanda, it was then revealed that he in fact has NO QUALIFICATION In personal training whatsoever. I brought this to the attention of the manager Juliette, who KNEW, and said she would give him a warning, but this morning I was livid to find the same man training a group of ladies. Juliette is doing NOTHING to rectify the situation and seems to be friends with Siyanda. I am deeply saddened that I have been subjected to this type of harm and have been unable to train. If nothing is done to stop this unqualified individual from training others, I WILL be taking court action against Planet Fitness. This is UNNACCEPTABLE
