Unprofessionalism

Planet fitness at Bedford Centre Bedford view has pathetic staff . When I first signed up I was ****med by one of the agents by the name of yandi as I paid an adults fee and she told me that it was the student fee . Secondly I sent the gym an email of complaint which they did not respond to . The girl by the name of Chloe has a disgusting and pathetic attitude and I no longer wish to gym there anymore . It seems that the gym loves there disgusting attitude of some staff instead of their customers . Plant fitness is unprofessional!!
