Unprofessional staff, and unnecessary loss of sales

I have an expiring gym contract and went to do a site visit at the Planet fitness in The Club - Waterkloof Pretoria 30 October 19:00, because I would like to change gym companies, and as I entered, I was met by an unprofessional, rude and disgusting, red-haired boy named Renald. That guy looked me IN THE EYE and did not greet me, until another lady came from the FAR END of the counter and said hi. My problem here is I’m a prospect customer, that boy was so rude & uninterested to help me, he then carried on staring at me as I was talking to that lady. I don’t know whether it’s the first time he sees a young black lady entering Planet Fitness or what but the way he was looking at me was condescending. He ruined the FIRST ever experience with Planet fitness & I’m NEVER entering ANY of those gyms because of Renald.
