UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM PLANETFITNESS

I am very disappointed in some of the staff of the Liberty Mall Planetfiness. I requested assistance with a healthy lifestyle programme for 1 December for our Parish members which is 5-7 kms from Planetfitness.

Initially, I called to enquire whether this service could be provided for the Parish community. I was assured it could be done. I spoke to a Manager-consultant and Consultant [names available]. I followed up with 2 emails, 2 signed-in visits to the gym and 3 unsigned-in visits and numerous calls and no service was delivered on Sunday the 1 December AIDS day- Healthy LIfestyle Day. No calls to indicate there was a problem or a delay by 10.45am.

On Sunday morning 1 December, I called the gym and spoke to Nkululeko and was assured that that the awareness service from Lungisani was on schedule for 10am.

At 10.45 I called the gym and was told Lungisani had a problem and was on his way. I told them it was not necessary to come as church service was over and members were leaving as he was scheduled to be there at 10am.

This was embarrassing and frustrating for me who had made the arrangements and disappointing for people who came to church in sweat pants and tees.

There was no apology call till the writing of this email from either of the above people. I view this is a serious light and will follow up to Hello Peter if I do not get a response to this message in 7 days. Well, no response, except that the matter was referred to Regional office.
