Hi PLANNET FITNESS KOLONATE May you please make sure that you terminate my contact with immediate effect. I cannot let my daughter be treated like ******* by your stuff. Been through out of kids center by 7 and left there not attended too , or be left to be ****** or ****d as it happen in south Africa. Be treated bad due to my color, no proper facility for kids, poor train stuff for kids. This happened so many time in this gym in such that I cannot tolerate it, my kids and wife treated like they don’t pay for the facility and like idiots, just for working my daughter at the running track . I have been in that gym so many time and I see white people working the way younger kids there under their supervision. But when black people does the same they are shouted at. White people don’t pack back the wait but when black people don’t do it they are reprimanded like kids. I cannot carry on like this it depress me that on this time of century we are treated like that. My kid was chase out of the kids center and left un attended at waiting area , without even informing the mother. Why does the gym close at 21:30 while kids center close at 19:00 , what about the paying member who come to gym with kids, is the is this just to collect money from us? YOU PLANETFITNESS YOU HATE KIDS AND YOU ARE NOT KITS FRINDLY. YOU DESCRIMINATE. MY daughter is depressed that she even don’t want to come over there because of the way kids are treated in your center and how we are talk to because of our color. i pay and my not to be discriminated or for my kids and wife to be harassed by your stuff as though they are *********. Please terminate my contract no, with immediate effect. You failed me and you fail your contract. That is why this Montana gym lose stuff members.
