Unprofessional Planet Fitness!!

Planet Fitness has to be about the most unprofessional gym I have ever come across in my entire life. I signed a contract with them in Benoni, I then moved to Pretoria - asked them to move the contract, they did not inform me that I need to go through the call centre to do it, so I continued with life as normal. In June I get calls from the attorneys for reversing my debits - WHY AM I PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT IS 75km AWAY!!!! So i sent them an email - which they did not bother responding to, I then called in to express my irritation and then only was I told that I need to call the call centre

Fine, call the call centre and they will not move my gym contract because I reversed my debit orders - but I requested that this be done in JANUARY already and nobody bothered doing it - hence the reversal... so now I must pay for the arrears before they can move the contract.

Might just be cheaper to cancel the damn contract and look for another gym with better service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
