Unprofessional personal Trainer and staff

I started a contact with Plant Fitness so that I could train with one of their so called best personal Trainers Chase van Wyk. I never signed a contact with him which I thought was weird but he knew that I work remotely and all I wanted to do was a month of training which I paid cash upfront and only did a week with him. I have contact the trainer, the gym and their management team and nothing has been resolved! R4000 give or take is owed back to me from Chase.

I have been trying to resolve this problem from last year. I am disappointed in the rude and unprofessional staff. I wouldn’t recommend Chase van Wyk as a personal trainer nor the Olympus branch.
