UNPROFESSIONAL NOMUSA AND JANDRE PLANET FITNESS

Good day My name is Ebrahim and I am a Personal trainer at Planet Fitness Hueweloord. I am very upset and distraught at the attitude, lies and deceit that the personal training manager Nomusa and the Club General Manager Jandre possesses.

I have officially started my personal training journey with Planet Fitness on the 1st of March 2018 and ever since, I have been asking Nomusa constantly on a weekly basis about my uniform and she mentioned that head office is slow and we are waiting for response from head office. I have gotten the same response from the CGM Jandre as well.

It has taken many personal fights with Nomusa and Jandre to get me loaded on the system which took over 4 weeks, and in had to redo many signatures on my contract after a month. Enough said of the unprofessionalism from Nomusa and Jandre!!!!

Last week the Personal trainer manager from another club visited our club and Nomusa was scared and shaken to a point as I did not have my uniform due to her misguidance, so she messaged me privately in the gym to leave the club as she did not want him to see me. I obliged and immediately following a client, I left the club but I should not as she was unprofessional to bring it to that point.

It was mentioned by her that we can purchase normal black puma gear anywhere apart from Planet Fitness but as soon as head office is up to speed with loading me on the system as a PT then I can purchase uniform direct from Planet Fitness which I waited.

I eventually after 4 weeks got loaded on the system and have still not been called by her and the CGM Jandre to order my uniform. When I asked them about the progress they lie to say that they have called me but I did not come. what a terrible and horrible straight lie as it is my reputation in the gym as well as I am the one who needs the publicity on my uniform to PUBLICIZE my brand and when brought to Nomusas attention that she is lying, she screams in my face with attitude and arrogance that I am retaliating to listen to her when she is the one retaliating to help me get my uniform soughted out.

I am still not on the personal trainers board for the members to see for almost 2 months now and I am paying rent! I have brought that to their attention from the time I started until now and they just ignore me and say that head office is very slow and there's nothing we can do. I am loosing clients possibly on a daily basis because members are looking at the board and I am not there UNTIL NOW!!!!

My own client went to them and asked if I am a genuine PT at Planet Fitness as my picture is still not up and that truly shows the unprofessionalism from Nomusa and Jandre. Another personal trainer by the name of Hope have not paid rent and has not been in the gym for almost 6 weeks but her picture is still up and she can still make sales outside of the club with free publicity which is not fair to me.

I mentioned to Jandre and Nomusa that they can replace her poster with mine but they refuse and they said they waiting for head office to send a new board, But what about my time there now Planet fitness as I am loosing business!!!!

I am paying rent but I am not getting what is due to me and what I am paying rent for!!! The staff member of Planet Fitness approached me and told me that he refers members to the board and I am a PT for almost 2 months but I am not there and that is not fair because Hope is on there and she is No longer a PT at Planet Fitness.

I messaged Jandre 2 weeks back for a bag and he told me that I am unable to get one as I am not a member and ever since, he refuses to greet me on the floor or in his office and his attitude towards me stinks. I have brought it to his attention that he should learn people s****s and he should at least greet as he walks past me like he does with everyone else.

He lies to my face that he called me to order my uniform but he never called me and I mentioned if you did call me then why not ask me why I did not come or if I forgot, his response: it is not his job to ask if I did or did not forget!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

Nomusa lies that head office will send uniform to the club and we can choose from there and pay it of over 3 months but that never happened and she asks a WEEK later why I am not wearing uniform when I am the one asking for uniform almost 6 weeks HOW UNPRIFESSIONAL!!!! WHAT LIES!!!!! WHAT DECEIT!!!!!

I will purchase normal puma gear as of the 10 April 2018 and finally work as a PT with uniform BUT I will not tolerate to be spoken with ultimate disrespect and be given attitude by Jandre and especially Nomusa as I do not work for them and they should learn to be professional.

If Planet Fitness wishes to terminate my contract, then provide me a months notice and I will leave but I will not tolerate disrespect or attitude especially if I am not wrong!!!!!! My rent does not bounce and I pay on time!!! I help clean the floor which is not my job and I help tidy the gym as well which is especially not my job but everything goes unseen!!!!

When Jandre and Nomusa requested Indian food from me with innocent faces, I bought it for the hot and on time but now I see there true colors. Nomusa claims to have given me an opportunity BUT SHE IS WRONG AS I EARNED THE OPPORTUNITY WITH MY QUALIFICATIONS AND PLANET FITNESS ALLOWED ME THE OPPORTUNITY NOT HER OR JANDRE!!!!

I requested a copy of my contract from Nomusa and she gives me a few pages short, how UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I EXPECT MY PICTURE TO BE PUT UP WITH THE REST OF THE PERSONAL TRAINERS AS I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER AND WHAT IS DUE TO ME SHOULD BE PROVIDED ON TIME AND NOT LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!
