Unprofessional & Incompetency people

I'm so livid!!! I signed up my sign earlier this year because im also a member, i processed all the paper work even used my banking details showing that i'm the one handling the account.. fortunately the tertiary he's attending has a gym facility therefore i'm forced to cancel this membership.. Now all of a sudden i cant handle the account, i cant cancel on his behalf, they keep calling my son & not me ??! who did they sign this contract with & when i cancel im told about the R1400 cancellation ????? for what exactly ?? PLEASE CALL ME & STOP CALLING MY SON!!! I SIGNED THE CONTRACT I MAKE THE PAYMENTS!!!
