My husband the main member on the medical aid had not even signed as yet. I was informed the matter was closed. 3 weeks later a Thulani emails us to say that we are liable for the payment of the full contract, and refuses to send an official letter or refer us to management. We will be taking it up with the Ombudsman. DO NOT GO TO PLANET FITNESS ....
