Unprofessional disappointing - Don't join them

Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I had cancelled my membership but there was an amount that was not paid. I did not know about. Planet Fitness failed to contact me . I did not receive any calls no any emails to indicated that I was in arrears. I called them to confirm my cancellation and they failed to indicated that i was in arrears. My account has now been handed over to Attorneys and they will not contact me. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional. I will certainly not join their club again. Extremely unprofessional. ***
