Unprofessional conduct and unacountability

For the past two weeks I have posted complaints about Planet Fitness Just Gyms Meadowdale branch. Today I received a phone call from management saying that Mathatsi (the staff member in question) denies anything I have said and that she knows nothing about the reason I have complained. It was approached as if I had an invalid complaint because the staff member had blatantly denied the situation. Due to Planet Fitnesses inability to discipline their staff I am now forced to take legal action against the staff memeber to stop her ill behaviour. I now pay a membership and legal fees to do the work that Planet Fitness cannot. DO NOT OPEN CONTRACTS WITH PLANET FITNESS.
