Unprofessional

Unprofessional. Don't trust them. Asked one of the staff at the Bedfordview branch how does it work to cancel. He said just phone Head office and inform them you want to cancel and there will be no charges. All lies phoned Head Office, now they tell me it is close to R1500 cancelation fee. There is a lot of miss communication. Please give your personnel proper training before working with the public
