Unprofessional attitude

I tried to contact Planet Fitness in Longstreet to find out more about membership costs etc. I was contacted by a lady per phone and then as well by Edmore Bvuma and explained that I will join reality and that I would like to know what the costs would be , beacuse I get discount, they told me that it won't be possible since they are only registered by Sanlam Reality and not CAMAF reality, I asked them to make sure and immediately got a reply directly calling me on my name ( good client skills).<br> According to me this is very unprofessional, I talked to the lady on the phone as well and she promised a reply within two days that was more than a week ago and still haven't heard anything. <br> <br> With service like this I can't imagine going to the gym there will be any good... <br> Therefore not easily would I ever gym there nor would I suggest it to anyone.
