Unprofessional and rude!!!

I signed up at the Krugersdorp branch and was actually happy with their service and assistance until today. I attended gym as usual with my two boys (12 and 16 yrs old). Upon signing up with them mid Feb 2021, I made it clear to them that I could not afford to buy an extra access card for my boys right now but would get them each one as soon as I can. I was told by the consultant (who was fantastic) that it was fine for my boys to enter on my access card until I can get them their own. Today I arrived at gym, and as normal, used my access card for my boys and I to enter, when I was quite rudely told by a blonde woman that I must get an access card for my boys because they are not allowed to enter on my card for safety reasons.....SAFETY REASONS??? ***!!! If the gym feels that I am cheating them and sneaking my kids in on my card, all they need to do is check my profile, not make me feel embarrassed or like I am a ********, IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WERE STANDING BEHIND ME WAITING TO COME THROUGH. Anyway, we then proceeded upstairs to start with a cardio workout where I constantly supervise my kids to make sure they follow COVID protocols and behave on the equipment. We went down for some weights and then back up to finish with cardio, where I noticed the same woman standing around watching my boys and I. Every time I turned my head in her direction, she was glaring at my boys and I, I felt terribly uncomfortable. We then moved to the vibrating machines, where I normally stretch. Upon signing up I was told that my 12 year old could use all the equipment upstairs as long as he is not occupying equipment at busy times while an adult is waiting to use the same equipment (I am fine with that). My son stands on the vibration machine, does not switch it on, and this woman immediately walks over to tell me that I must not let my child use the machine as he is not 18 years old. Not only has this woman humiliated me in front of other customers, she made my kids feel unwelcome and we could not even finish our workout comfortably as we had her glaring at us all the time.

I am hugely disappointed in the manner that this was handled. I am all for following their rules, but this behavior was terribly unsettling and I feel uncomfortable going back to gym.

Really disgusted!!!
