Unprofessional and Rude
I have been trying to cancel my membership with Platfiness because i am not happy with their billing and overall membership, today i finally get a call from one of their service desk agent Abelo Tsoyiyana when i tell him why i want to cancel and how i feel he hung up on me and sent an email saying my call has been resolved and close!!
