Unnecessary red tape

I'm relocating where there isn't a planet fitness, they want me to pay a fee csncelling, I wouldn't have cancelled if I there was a branch, I'm not csncelling due to lack of interest, surely there can be a compromise ivo circumstances, instead of hitting me with red tape.
