Unnecessary ITC harassment

My daughter got a membership in Gr12 on a special. She paid the gym in full in February 2021. Now a legal company that never replies to emails or phone calls is asking her for the same money to be paid again. They also listed her name on ITC - she just finished school and is a student. She did send them the POP and emails to confirm all was paid in full yet to be harassed for almost a year now....this is BS. People should investigate these "legal" companies and see if they comply with the LAW as well as Planet Fitness for this unnecessary issue and costs. WORST GYM EVER AND LEGAL COMPANY. SAYA RECOVERIES???????
