Unnaceptable Debt Collector Harrassment by Planet Fitness

Terrible customer service from the call center. Planet fitness sent me for debt collection after not telling me for 2 years that they had not cancelled my contract, which I cancelled. The debt collectors have been harrassing me for over a year now, and I have explained the situation to them, but nobody can get any sense through to planet fitness.

I do have proof that I cancelled the contract. The call center who has unprofessional, unhelpful, *********** and slow people working in it. I will no longer engage with the debt collectors harrassment and wasting airtime on the call center, I even once went into the branch, to no avail.

The only person I am willing to talk to now to resolve this matter is the CEO. Truly terrible experience. If they did not cancel my contract why only tell me 2 years later that I owe R5000, when they could have told me the first month that I didn't pay for it, according to them. If planet fitness does read this, they can get the CEO to call me, but do stop telling debt collectors to call me. Terrible company, would not recommend using any of their gyms.
