Unless Feedback From ALL Planet Fitness Staff

I have joined Planet Fitness as of beginning of April 2015 and since then i have been promised things which i never received. I as the member have made tons but i mean tons of phone calls to the branch i gym at as well as head office and all i have been getting is reference numbers for all my calls but NOT even ONE resolution to my issues. I called on Monday again to head office and finally managed to speak to Thabo one of the senior managers (thats what he claimed to be), we spoke and with my frustration i put the phone down, but before i did he said over the phone he will call me back in 5 minutes. Since Monday till today its the longest 5 minutes i have ever experienced in my life. Planet Fitness service is pathetic, their staff at Shea office are *********** and i want to cancel my membership and move over to their competition.
