Unilateral change of conractual obligations

When Planet Fitness first opened in Claremont I took out a group membership with the (contractual) understanding that I pay an initial lump sum for the first 2/3 year's membership, and thereafter have a fixed monthly fee for all members of the group for life. <br> <br> Planet Fitness decided at the end of 2014 to unilaterally alter the conditions of this contract by cancelling some members and increasing my membership fee. I would therefore appreciate it if you would with immediate effect reduce my membership fee back to its original level and reinstate the members if the group that you removed. <br> <br> I have had no response from Claremont, the \Customer Service"e-mail and failed return-call promises from the \""Customer Care\"" line.<br> <br> Now you want to unilaterally suspend all over 18s despite the original contractual obligations. <br> <br> I understand you believe that the conditions of the contract are far in my favour. In hindsight this is so but in foresight I put up what was a considerable lump sum in cash at the time and signed the contract with an authorised member of your management. This why I did it.
