Unhygienic and Prejudice staff!

Firstly I was turned away because the sales team was not there to do transfer from Gym, I was there at 0530 in the morning. The clerk at the desk was prejudice and only jumped to help me when I said I’m a black tag member. Transfer from Pretoria to Cape Town due to work forced me to change from Waterkloof to Plattekloof Planet Fitness. I was extremely disappointed by the unhygienic condition of the bathrooms, disgusting, no hot water and had to wait in a que to shower! The equipment was in bad condition and the people are rude.
