Unhelpfull and Empty Promises

I contacted call centre for a promotion they had with usn, after receiving feedback on that I had an enquiry about moving gyms . I spoke to a lady and I told her that the gym sales people told me I must buy out my contract which adds up to more than a thousand rand which is ridiculous as I have become a working student that lives next to the mega gym in centurion. the lady said telephonically that she has a solution and explained that I can downgrade my membership to a student membership which will then be a national contract that will allow me to gym at the gym I live near by. I received this email and went to the Mega gym where they revered me back to call centre where they then have to do that. I have been trying to call the call centre certain times during the day as where today I spoke to a call centre lady that refused to help me the way it was telephonically and email promised, after I explained this for probably the 4th time she transferred me to a number who didn't pick up or hung up on me , when I tried calling back I got a recorded message that said I must phone back tomorrow. I am frustrated with Planet Fitness Call centre as they promise things telephonically and on email but cant do anything about it.
