unhealthy option for your wallet

<p>OK, so my girlfriend and I joined planet fitness almost two years ago on the black tag system, I am the registered account holder to pay the sub but the membership is in her name. So we don’t currently live in the same city because of work, she no longer uses the membership as she is a personal trainer with another gym. 1st I try to cancel, which I was told would be possible if my circumstances change, and at the time I try to cancel I had been unemployed for nearly a year. NOOOO I must pay a cancelation fee that is about 75% what I would pay if I just leave it.I get a new job, 1400km away from the original gym in Rustenburg, so I go see them to see if I can use the tag there by buying a new one, before I could even catch my breath they have swiped my debt card for the cost of the new tag, but, because my girlfriend is the registered member and remember I’m the registered account holder, they say they can’t help, I try the call centre, they say they don’t transfer memberships, Really, I am the registered account holder and pay the subs, religiously, every freaking month even while I'm unemployed I make a plan!!!! Now to add insult to injury the manager, I have a recording of the conversation as well as his photo, then refuses to refund MY card for the cost of the tag because I am not the member???????? Seriously people This Franchise are a bunch of *******, DONT USE THEM</p>
