Absolutely pathetic service,trying to convert my contract onto my vitality, call centre says I need to go into the gym,the consultants at the gym aren't willing to help at all biggest mistake I could have made was moving across from virgin active to planet fitness Westwood ,if they do not resolve my issue I will just not pay period because they are absolutely unhelpful
