Unhappy

I've been a member at Planet Fitness Springs since it opened; the bikes in the indoor cycling class are truly disgusting. The staff is doing their best to service the bikes, but they are beyond repair . You have to arrive at least half an hour before the class just to find a bike in working condition, and then some members have to leave the class because of broken bikes . For example, there are 22 bikes, and sometimes 9 of them are out of order; that means 9 members had to leave the classroom. It is truly sad; this gym has so much potential but is not being maintained by the head office. We've been promised by the head office that the bikes will be replaced, but it never happens.
