Unhappy client

Your services especially at the Kolonnade branch is very bad. I joined the gym end of June and Brad said he would give me 2 months free subscription only to find out that they billed me for June and July and now because of this i requested to cancel the plan and they tell me i have to pay over r2000 for them to cancel I am very disappointed in the fact that your reps do not indulge people in extra costs because i asked Brad if they would debit me anything extra and he said no. I signed the contract under duress and they never sent me a copy of the contract from the get go so that i could read through it. I am very appalled at how you treat people because even when i went to the branch to address the matter or called the call center no one wanted to take responsibility or assist me properly. I will never refer any clients to them. A business like this will never grow as they always seek to de***** people. I never used the service at all.
