Unfair, Unrealistic and Shocking Client Service !!

Good Day I have a Great Query on this matter, PLANET FITNESS RIVONIA. I have joined planet fitness Rivonia only to be more disappointing than ever, I was reassured that I could cancel my contract within 10 days from signing the contract, if I would feel otherwise of the gym. Sadly the Gym is relocating in June and I am unable to have this location accommodate my lifestyle, thus I made the decision to cancel my contract , and perhaps join a gym that will be in a more suitable area.

So I got on the phone to call center, only to be placed in connection with a very rude *********** lady by the name of Mbali Mkhupo, I was then informed that in order to cancel my account I need to pay R 3 990? So to accommodate my needs in terms of fitness (Which Planet fitness promises to deliver), I need to be a millionaire?

Always recommended Planet to my fitness budies, and was a proud planet fitness supporter.

Sadly my feels have changed, and I will make this public.

It is unfair , Lies and Unrealistic !! Pathetic Service, I am the customer not ur buddy. My sincere apologies to those innocent individuals that I recommended Plant Fitness to.
