UNFAIR, UNHUMAIN DISHONEST OPERATION

i contacted planet fitness in the beginning of Feb after complaining the past year that i pay for a gym that i cannot go train when i chose. i pay R647 per month. i have been with plannet fitness for 8 year and i loved the gym. You can check my records i used to train at 04h00 in the morning, since the lock down and hours i cannot go and train because of your hours and i cannot train in the evening as mentioned because i have other responsibilities, i have been complaiing to the club manager for months. Plant fitness did not even present any any classes, none of the facilities they promised was offered just excuses. i cannot pay this much for a gym i can maybe attend on a sat or sun and not even be able to do the classes, this is unfair, i then cancelled my contract then you wanted me to pay R2195.00 cancellation fee of which i made it very clear i refuse to pay. You say you keep all conversations and correspondence so go check my communication you asholes, i then said i will continue with my membership rather then to continue to pay for something without getting something out of it. then you Plannet fitness you then debited my account for the R2195 YOU THE **** gives you the right, believe me today i will tell everyone about your ******* organization, and how you operate, all media platforms will know and hello peter of how you are you charge us for services you dont even offer, you money sharks you are asholes and i will make it my mission to expose you to as many people as possible. i loved you as a gym BUT BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU DID out of principal WILL NEVER EVER EVER support you ever again and i will make sure people know how dishonest and ******* you operate and how you take peoples money directly out of their account without permission you are ******* and have no pricipal or humanity. You feed of pepole when you dont do what is right and make false service promises you pathetic..
