Unfair treatment from planet fitness

I joined planet fitness in April 2021 ,the account was in arrears ,I was told to pay R1840 ,of which I did on the 26th of October and was told account is up to date, but to my surprise I'm told i still have an outstanding amount of R458 no bothered to tell me after I made the R1840 payment that there is still an outstanding balance
