Unfair practice

Planet Fitness seem to comply with government regulation regarding when to close their doors, but members keep paying full premium. Now, in lock down level 3, the gym is limiting the number of members in the gym. For a busy person who only has time to train in peak hour, it's very difficult to get in and you'd have to wait anywhere from 15 mins to over an hour. Yet, as a member, I'm still paying my full premium monthly, when I can't train as a consequence.
