Unfair practice

<p>I've got a 2 year membership with this gym but I recently got retrenched and I sent them a letter that I can't continue with their services because I won't afford them because I'm retrenched. Now they telling me I'm being listed with a credit bureau, what is the consumer protection act with regards to this situation because I did not buy anything tangible an I won't be allowed to gym without payment. Please help</p>
