Unfair Dismissal : Planet Fitness Meadowdale
The news that my personal trainer at Planet Fitness Meadowdale Mall, Rock, was terminated due to "hear say" accusations from an unhappy member is disappointing.
Personally, I don't think the way this situation was handled excuses leaving a sizable number of clients deeply dissatisfied. We have paid for the services of an amazing trainer who is now unable to fulfill his obligation to his clients. Additionally, Planet Fitness has not provided us with a statement or reimbur*****t on the money paid or the future plan. This is unprofessional.

What happens to our funds that we have paid this personal trainer for October? Is Planet Fitness going to reimburse us? Who picks up the slack now for the service that cannot be executed? What is your plan to ensure your clients are satisfied?
