Unfair Dismissal: Planet Fitness

I work in customer service so I fully understand the importance of keeping clients happy at all costs. However, I also know that due processes need to be followed and appropriate action taken once a full and fair investigation has been done. With that said, it is quite disappointing to learn that my personal trainer (Rock) was dismissed from Planet Fitness at Meadowdale Shopping Center for what sounds like a misunderstanding that could have easily been resolved by management. At least that's what I am understanding the situation to be as nothing is being communicated to his clients, who have paid for a service they are no longer receiving.

I honestly don't think the way this matter was handled justifies leaving a large group of clients extremely disappointed, all because one person made an accusation which we aren't able to classify as true or false because gym management has not issued any statement regarding the matter.
