This email serves to lodge a complaint against planet fitness gym management concerning the dismissal of Rock the personal trainer.

We utterly displeased and disappointed on how management handled this matter.

Rock has been providing trainer services under Planet Fitness Gym. During the period, he has maintained a professional and diligent approach to service delivery. Hence enriching the experience.

It's our earnest pursuit to see that a proper investigation and actions are taken to ensure that the matter is dealt with the utmost professionalism and that he is reinstated.

We, as his clients that have already paid for the services and know Rock as a planet fitness Personal trainer. Request for service delivery while his matter is been investigated.
