Unfair business practise

I was recruited by one of the consultants whilst at kolonnade mall in montana to join the gym, the consultant shared a fee with me which i agreed to and also agreed to come through to the gym to sign up. We signed up, but it was now a different fee and a different consultant. When i queried i was given the run-around. The matter ended up at their head-office finance when i informed them that the fee that i am being charged and the one initially agreed on are different, they wanted proof from me which i sent and they said they will follow up with the kolonnade branch. Next thing i know i get an email saying the matter has been closed without any feedback or wayforward. Right now i need them to change the contract to what we had initially agreed on or cancel this contract at their own cost.
