Unfair blacklisting cause someone didn't do their job

I cancelled my contract with them as I had to move back Johannesburg. Completed cancellation paperwork with a sales consultant in Witbank.

Years later Planet Fitness (Wanderers) informs me that I've been blacklisted cause of monies I owe the gym. I wanted to die. Now, what must happen cause I've done my bit by completing the paperwork?
