Unfair billing

I joined planet fitness on the 06/01/2015 and the agreement was that I pay with my Edgar's account for a years contract and I had to pay R100 cash right there and the rest they took from my Edgar's account, a couple of months down the line on the 06/10/2015 I get an email from Saya recoveries where they handed me over for debt collecting, I tried calling planet fitness and they cant help me but the agreement with their sales assistant was that I pay with my Edgar's account and no money will be deducted from my account and she only needed my banking details to finish the application not to debit
