Unfair and unjust fees

This is on behalf of my parent who were genuinely taken advantage of with secret costs to their account. Additional R1000 fees every few months and being charged rates that were not discussed when initially signing up. The complete disregard to their emails complaining. Such an unfair service if you ask me. Definitely would never recommend this gym to anyone!
