Unexeptable

My husband was at planet fitness the first year he joined he paid a years fees in full, a few months after his membership expired he started working at planet fitness in Moreleta park when his manager said that his membership would be cancelled due to him being an employee and membership was not necessary. He worked there for a few months and left. 3 weeks ago he went to get another membership when he was told that he in arrears of R 18 000 ??? after the shock passes the sales consultant at the branch said he would assist him, today I called the call center to attempt rectifying this, nothing has been done. How you going to keep a bill running without a renewal contract or anything????
