I got a settlement figure from them on sms and on the link in which I paid in full, they called me and sent me an sms to acknowledge. A day later they call me to inform me that I owe them a further three hundred and something Rand fee, I am trying to get a solution to this with no assistance. They claim its a cancellation fee, how can be there a cancellation fee for a lapsed contract which I told them to cancel. Their sms clearly states that its a settlement now they try ***** money from customers. Its not about the R300 it is about principle and stopping them from ********* practice
