I joined Planet fitness Hennops Pretoria and signed the contract. My contract stopped in Sept 2019 and I went to the branch to permanently cancel my contract. The young girl said to me that my contract expired and I could renew it. I told her was not going to renew it and gave my tag to her. I never heard from PF again and only discovered that my premium was never stopped as I don't always check the bank statements as I have another premium (same amount) I enquired and all of a sudden received a call from them saying that my contract only ends Feb 2023 and that I must pay a cancellation fee I tried to explain and insist on a refund- they don't call you back as the hope the situation will stop - The front desk people are not trained at all, hence the wrong information. I reported them to the Ombudsman - so so unprofessional and taake people for a ride
