<br> I have been given misleading information from a sales consultant at point of sale with regards to kick start programme I have to complete an then receive a bag.<br> <br> I have followed the programme religiously, whereby numerous staff member has checked my attendance records and signed my attendance off. finally I have completed the programme whereby I was told I would be receiving planet fitness bag. I was issued the bag and then afterwards they told me sorry you were not entitled to the programme and the sales consultant who informed you gave you incorrect information and his no longer at the gym longer due to misconduct and they took the bag back.. <br> <br> And this point I'm furious and disappointed in the bad services that was provided because as per the consumer protection act 2008 I have been treated unfairly an with unfair marketing and business practice and it seems as no one wants to take responsibility with regards to the matter. <br>
