As Planet Fitness has now attempted to double debit my account for arrears fees, I will begin legal proceedings for with and.immediate effect from Tuesday, 3rd April 2018.

The company has no right to charge me full membership fees with inferia equipment only being available at Claremont.

I hold senior management /directors solely responsible for the lack of management.

I hereby notify you that I will.not be continuing with Planet Fitness and will NOT pay one cent towards my membership.

I welcome the legal threats by the company and will file and record everything for the date in court.

Again, thank you to you both for your attempt to assist me and wish you well.

Please know that ALL measure that will follow from Tuesday is not directed at you.

Furthermore, senior management/directors may be away, however they are capable of corresponding via email.

They opted not engage and.never have, ethics in business is critical, but Planet Fitness is lacking this and I therefore advise you that I am.not settling anything, attending any meetings etc as the company will not disrespect their members.

Be advised that I will not be available to talk telephonically only via email.

I am.shocked and all bank.costs against my account will be calculated and charged against the firm as part of costs.

You chose the wrong guy to assume that I would be ok with this unprofessional service.

Customer service will be tackled as well on various levels as well as national administration management being tackled on maladministration.

I look forward to court and be assured this is the route I am taking.
