Unbearably hot at Planet fitness Queenswood

The airconditioner at Queenswood Pretoria branch has been broken since Nov23. This is the 3rd time since 2022. We are training in unbearable conditions. Yet we still need to pay our full premiums, including the yearly maintenance premium. There is no indication as to when this will be resolved. Unofficial communication is that they are awaiting insurance approval. There has been no official communications during this time. Why should this be a member issue. This is unacceptable.
