Unauthorized deduction by Planet Fitness from my bank account, shady service

I joined the new Midrand planet fitness when it opened at the beginning of the month, as soon as I signed up, my tag did not work for more than a week, following that I was told my membership contract was captured incorrectly, I had to then fill in a manual contract, I asked the sales person to send me that contract and till today I have never received that contract signed... When I joined, I joined with vitality and opted for a black tag, the deduction on the 25th was supposed to be R100, as I am writing this they deducted the full R800 from my account whereas when you are with vitality, only R200 is supposed to be deducted only in January 2022. The sales personnel can't give proper feedback as to when I will get my money back and oh you cannot be put through to the manager as he does not deal with queries. I was also promised a free bag when I joined and dololo free bag, shady service from a new gym I can't believe it!
