unauthorized debits in Dec

I Renewed my membership at the gym in July. I gave Malcolm,sales Manager my info over phone. Then I changed my mind and went into the gym, the application form was already completed . I paid by Card and scratched out my bank details and signed the area. I signed the form and left for a lesson . In my absence and after I had signed the application form MY BANK INFO WAS RE ENTERED without discussion or disclosure. At no time was I told that Bank details were a condition of membership. I did not check my copy of Application form when I got it, on the way out, as I'm not used to checking my back. <br> Early Dec I saw a debit on my Bank Account and went to check my contract with the gym and lo and behold there were my Bank details added in.<br> No one from Planet Fitness has bother to ask why I Stopped Payment on the Debit and on the 28th Dec I was re debited for an increased amount. <br> Using someones Bank details without their permission is *****.
