Unauthorized Debits from Planet Fitness

For the past 3 months planet fitness has debited money off my account, money I did not authorize to be debited! I had spoken with a consultant over WhatsApp who asked for all my details which I had sent at the time, and then a few days later due to not having transport to get there I asked him to not proceed. Month end, the money went off my account. Keep in mind I hadn't ever signed for anything or even been in the gym in my lifetime AND was told it would be cancelled. I thereafter went into the gym after the second debit, spoke to the manager who advised me It would be cancelled and I would recieve a call the next day. Nothing was cancelled, I missed the call as I was at work but no one bothered to call back afterwards. Everytime I call in, there is no one to speak to and again this month, the money was debited. It may be a good gym but unfortunately, disgusting service.
